Time is short for me this evening due to a prior engagement, but I knew a handful of eager people would like to know how the anatomy scan went today.
So first things first: Dash is, once again, ahead of her growth curve by just a little bit!!
She's measuring at 18w + 3-4 days.
My last anti-Xa test result was 0.69. When you consider that 15 days prior it was 0.86, this is a drop. I am still well within normal range, so that is the good news.
There were a few bumps along the way, mostly involving Dash having a horrid case of the wiggles and then the hiccups that caused me to concentrate hard on keeping my breathing even and not panicking, but we got it worked out.
Tomorrow, if I have enough energy, I will go into more details on the measurements we got, the ones we didn't, and what it was like laying there and trying hard not to relive March 19th.
There is a BYU football game on tonight, however, so the update may have to wait until Saturday, when I'll be reliving the emotions again anyways.
